We strive to present our fragrances, packaging, product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, packaging, bottle design, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates, photography, lighting conditions, or individual display settings. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

Our fragrances are intended for personal use. Customers should use products only as directed and discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway provider. We do not collect or store your complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

By completing payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. Orders are accepted only after successful payment verification, product availability, and confirmation by Avelune.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, payment failure, inaccurate customer information, or any other legitimate business reason. Where payment has already been received, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method where applicable.

Orders progress through the following fulfilment stages:

  • Placed
  • Packed
  • Shipped
  • In Transit
  • Delivered

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled while their status is Placed or Packed.

Once an order status changes to Shipped, In Transit, or Delivered, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by contacting us at [email protected]. While we make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before shipment, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver products only within India.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Avelune shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our separate Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned unless they were received damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us promptly if they believe they have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

Where a return, replacement, or refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with our published policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to our brand name, logo, product names, product images, website design, text, graphics, photographs, icons, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Avelune Lifestyle Pvt.
